Filing a DMCA Notice of Copyright Infringement

Upon receiving your DMCA notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
- Notify the user who posted the material of the removal.
- Investigate and address repeat infringers in compliance with the DMCA.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that the content removed under the DMCA notice was not infringing or that you have the proper authorization to use the copyrighted material, you may send a counter-notice. The counter-notice must include the following information:
- Identification of the removed material: Describe the content that was removed and its location on our website before it was removed.
- Statement of good faith: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.

Repeat Infringers
Maharashtra PCC takes copyright infringement seriously. In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we will terminate user accounts and block access to our services for users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
